Persian Warband - Kit-bashing ideas

Whilst the release of the Victrix Persians might have taken the wind out of the sails of this project, I've just completed the first half of a small Persian warband using as few "persians", and as many other manufacturers as possible. I appreciate that the details aren't quite 100%, but I am always surprised at how versatile plastic Saxons can be!

Nice!  I like the ideas here. 

I think Persians are my list for next year for Men of Bronze, and even with Victrix there are some "gaps" in what I would want.  This gives me some ideas for filling those gaps out.

As someone working through kitbashing my own eastern units, I gotta say it never occurred to use Saxons!
