[The Virtual Armchair General] Order problem ?

Hi all !

I ordered on The Virtual Armchair General, and paid by Paypal several game rules (John Company, TSNS, Boilers & Breechloaders) in PDF

But once the payment has been made, Paypal sends us to a page of the site which crashes (404 error) and therefore I do not get any download link...

By Email I receive a confirmation of PayPal payment but no confirmation of the purchase by TVAG

I sent an email to the address indicated by the site but no response

They seem to still be active (the last rule was posted in February 2022) I think the problem is purely technical (Site bug)

Do you have any advice for me!?

Or would someone have another way to contact them!?

Just spotted member Menelduir has reported issues too in past day.

Well everything is fine!

In fact the procedure now is that once the order is confirmed Patrick sends a link to a download site containing the files, which he did so I received everything!
