May Painting
« on: 31 May 2022, 02:06:49 PM »
An amazingly (for me) prolific month - I've obviously been eating my Weetabix in threes - so excuse my little vanity post.

No pattern or design here, just what took my fancy from the pile.

A couple of Northstar Gnolls

Some Chaos types

Beastmen

Rat Ogre

Victrix Viking (these are so cool despite my paint job)

Dark Age Archers

Retro style Heroquest style (the Barbarian is an FDM print from my Ender 3)

A lone Mantic Skeleton

Mantic Space Dwarves on (some) 3D print bases

A 3d printed pool

1/200 WW1 planes (I was impressed they came out at all in FDM with a .4 nozzle) - some need decals added

I need a rest now.  I expect I'll paint a single model in June  :)

No dear, they are not toys, they are models

I believe that to be the best of all systems. :D

Nice work for May. I make set plans for what to paint next then don't paint for months or randomly pull from the overall unit list.  Hope your June goes well. :)

You really got at it! I am impressed with your FDM prints. You have that thing dialed in. My ender is apart currently, after a hotend catastrophic failure. I sure wish a new hotend you bought FROM Creality had wires long enough to just plug into the board...

That's a wildly ecclectic bunch, but very nicely painted :)
Miniatures you say? Well I too, like to live dangerously...
