When Battle Suit Alpha (BSA) was announced, I had to get a copy for the discount offered at launch as I have four Gundam kits languishing in storage.
I haven't tried it out yet, and as the Gundam models need a huge amount of time, I have found a few old DUST and other old mech-like machines, which need no assembly other than the base decoration, and are much quicker to complete. I know, these are actually WWW2 stuff, not sci fi, but the rule set has a more sci fi feel, and I changed the colours to fit a more neutral theme.

I managed to finish one, and as I hadn't posted a pic of anything finished in ages, here it is.
I have no idea who gave the pilot her mecha license.

Now I just have to decide whether it's a light or medium mech, although I am tending to the medium. And finish the rest of the lance.

Thanks guys.  :D
Mason - it was about time I managed to get one model off the table. Or rather, four! All only needed some finishing touches, and all are (typically) for different projects! An Ad Mech tractor shown elsewhere; a Dr Who Juddoon trooper; and a not quite but almost Dr Doom.

I have three additional similar models to make up this small force, as well as a hodgepodge of additional walkers and tanks. It will, of course, now take me five years to finish the next one...

You can take walker out of the WWW, but you can't take the weird out of the walker!

A great piece of kit, that; I can certainly see it working in a scifi environment 8)
Miniatures you say? Well I too, like to live dangerously...

You are so correct about the weird :D
I avoided the US paint scheme and went for a neutral grey. The remaining US walkers will go the same way, I still need to decide about the rest.
