Help with figure ID please?

I recently stumbled across this figure online, and really liked it; sadly, although they style looked familiar, I just couldn't work out what it was or who sculpted it. Could anybody assist please?

Ah, of course, thank you! I *knew* it was familiar, but I just couldn't put my finger on it! In retrospect, the hammer-and-sickle armament should have been a bigger clue for me, eh?

I'd planned on the Union and some Growlers, because I was wary of getting into a more "horde" faction. That said, I do like a lot of the Neo Sovs, and they seem quite developed as a model range (for VOR, anyway).

Anyway, I'm currently in the middle of a Warzone kick right now, but I'll post about all each of these projects in the relevant subforum(s) when the time comes.
