28mm Wickham Armoured Trolley

Hello,
Do you know if good detailed models can be found on the market for a Wickham Armoured Trolley?
(something suitable for 28mm scale), on HO tracks.
I have designed made this STL file but I have only access to a poor PLA 3D printed so not satisfied by the result.

Had to look these up as I had never heard of them :o Used in Malaya and Vietnam,very interesting.
