You need to have the photo hosted somewhere already, then copy the URL of that into the img tags on the site - its a bit old school - but once you get the hang of it it’s straight forward.

You can’t just copy and paste the image into the forum

If you do not have an offsite image storage you can hotlink to, you can use the attachment function to add up to 8 images to your post (but only appended at the end, not in-text). They need to be reasonably small in file size.
