I mentioned this rule set - properly titled
Then Set My Parboiled Head Upon a Stake - several months ago in a thread about 17th century rules, which I can’t now find. (I’m reasonably sure it was started by Friends of General Haig who has a blog, the title of which escapes me, which includes an annotated list of such rules).
Much to my surprise, my long-standing search for this long-OOP item on eBay has now borne fruit, though due to the price and location purchasing it is not feasible.

Edit: on reflection a better heading might have been ‘Fries with that?’
