The Head and Killbot
« on: July 25, 2009, 07:57:39 PM »
Two fantastic minis from the Superfigs Range: The Head [ZC5] and the Killbots [ZC6] are Free Agents in the 4-Colour world.

I choose to paint them in a retro-SF weird war paint scheme. The Killbot also received two MGs to give him some ranged punch...

You get the Head with two head sculpts, one generic bad ass and the "Fuehrer"...
I wanted the Fuehrer for some Incursion playtest.

That is what it is for: Incursion expansion playtesting! ;)

Interesting. Copplestone does a hitlerhead-bot as well. Hmmm. I already have the BTD HItler and the Blue Moon zombie Hitler. Maybe I can squeeze in the bots as well. After all, anyone knows he had lots of doubles. ;)

"Der Führer is coming!"

 lol

Superb work. If I´m allowed to nitpick, maybe the deepest shadows in the "cloud of fire" are a bit stark. The various parts of the blastcloud look a bit separated due to that.

I believe the Copplestone Führerbot is a must for WWW2. If you have a BTD mini, it'll be a great comparison shot: 1938-1949...  8)

Now i ask ya, why is there never the body of Hitler with a robotic head? That is discrimination against bodies i think.  :-)

Well, now he´s got a body which is as swift as a Greyhound, as tough as leather and as hard as Krupp steel. Literally, the latter. lol

I could use quite a few of those Killbots. But where does one purchase those models? My Google-Fu seems to be slipping...

Well the official Superfigs Names and Codes are already provided in the initial post from me. After that the usual problem with the great but elusive Superfigs range. IIRC they are available via Old Glory. West Wind carried them for a while, but are now only selling leftovers.
Maybe Scott can enlighten us! ;)
