I'm almost sure they are from the old Ral Partha colonial range..according to those features :
- smaller even if compared with early Wargame Foundry..probably compatible with Minifigs if not even compatible with modern 1/72 minis..(see also the ruler appearing in the pict)
- The Ral Partha dervishes (Ansar) were provided with that circular type of shield..even if not historically correct for them..same as the Beja same range.
- open handed with choice of separated weapons and shields.
- the pose , advancing depicted in profile , is typical of Ral Partha colonial natives (same for Zulus and NWF tribesmen)
- from what i could see, even if covered by texture ecc. the shape of the base is typical of those from RP historicals/colonials
- The background figure, on the left, is 100% Ral Partha ...i still own a pair of them
see a pict of a very similar if not identical mini of the one in the background..the one in the foreground should be, probably, the code labelled "Ansar artilleryman" from same range, that had been provided with a shield
