An AK47 game

Squeezed in a AK47 game during my friend Gregor's (aka Zingara) visit.
I avoided yet another defeat by getting another friend (Peter Duckworth)
to play one side.
Poor Peter only managed to get ONE unit onto the table at the start.
The next unit arrived on the very last turn! 
Despite this he put up a heck of a fight. Still a Gregor victory, but as I said
before at least I wasn't beaten.

Another fun game with lots of chat.

It could have been worse. Peter managed to pass two critical moral tests at a time when
failing either one would have removed his only unit. It is in the rules that the game ends if either side
has no troops on the table for a full move.

Given the odds - a heroic stand. I think you need to give them an upgrade to 4 morale rather than 3 :-).  One of those very asymmetric games where any hope that the the under dog had never materialised. How may units in history have held on waiting for help that never arrived? At least here they could withdraw under cover of darkness.

They should name a military base after them.  More likely, since they lost, any word of their heroism will be swept under the proverbial rug...

I will not confirm, nor deny, that the reason for the Generals (very) late arrival was due to
having to pick up a big box of medals to hand out to the heroic defenders of... 'What's this
place called?' 'Rorke's Drift, Sir'
