Geiger counter/turn counter?

All,
      In one of my previous incursions into the Exclusion Zone, I saw that someone had created a neat turn counter for Zona Alfa, made to resemble a Geiger counter.  No luck so far on the ZA group.  Anyone here know what I’m referring to?

I think I just saw one on Ebay. Search for 'Geiger Counter prop Dungeons & Dragons props' - $15.00 for the 3d printed parts.
