Counter attack on Carentan
« on: 06 January 2009, 02:37:23 PM »
In the last(*) issue of the french magazine Vae Victis – Thématiques Armées Miniatures #4, I wrote an article about the german counter attack on Carentan, on the 13th of June 1944. The 8 pages article features an historical account along with three historical scenarios (company sized games) designed to be played with various rulesets.

I uploaded additional pictures with my 28mm models

(there's no scenario involving Easy Company / 506th PIR / 101st A/B Division)

(*) And probably the very last issue of this version dedicated to wargames with miniatures (that should be back to the standard version of Vae Victis)

Hi Oliver,

I am always astonished about the quantity and quality you are painting Platoon after Platoon of good looking miniatures and vehicles.

But to see them together with you nice looking terrain is the best. Please show us more.

Ciao
