Superb table and story!

Nice paintwork on the (Matchbox) Crossley, now I'm ashamed of those I hastily painted for my last BoB game... I realise I had not considered them as seriously as I should, I need to work on them again.  ::)

I like the dry riverbed (I had to check the word “wadi“, the French equivalent is “oued“).

Thank you for the nice comments.

The Crossley was a plastic and metal combo, but I don’t know the manufacturer.
The wadi is a great piece of scenery made by “last valley” here in the uk.

Lovely table, excellently painted figures and much eye candy in the form of terrain and photographs  :-*. Just stumbled upon this thread and read it from start to finish. It sounds like everyone were having fun and that's the main thing. I chuckled at the "Trait" Bald  lol, might come in handy someday  lol.

Regards,

Legionnaire.
The most important thing in the hobby is that you're having FUN! Doesn't matter if you win or lose.

Same as this one: Matchbox Models of Yesteryear n° Y13 Crossley 1918.

Now I'm ashamed of mine - although some players laughed when they saw it because they didn't know the Copplestone figure of this guy eating his rice bowl - but thank you, now I know I must paint it more seriously ...and secure the plastic cover which should not fall down when the car moves!  lol

I'm a fan of the rice eating man, I'll have to see if Copplestone still makes it.

Yes, in the pack with the heavy mortar. I think the only thing that has, very unfortunately  :'( disappeared since the range is sold by North Star is the Asian camels without packs.

Oooops but I wouldn't want to highjack this wonderful thread.  ::)
