Thanks for the kind words.  I did base the game on the old SPI "The Creature that ate Sheboygan" (and the little known sequel "The Creature that ate New York").  I'm cheap so I didn't use any commercial rules like Monsterpocalypse I just used a D6 based home brewed set.  They worked pretty well though.
