The most easiest bet would be a toy store or whatever you consider a "dollar shop" over there.

Steve Jackson games had a Giant Ant pack for a little bit, they still may sell it.  I'd try a Toy Shop personally.

Scale Creep in the US tried to do one for a while, but they are too expensive to cast up and assembling was a pain because of the spindly legs.

Like others, I suggest finding the toy plastic ants and painting them. And in the game there are two different sizesL Giant and Enormous. Giant is approximately man-sized and smaller. Enormous is bigger than that.

If you don't see any at your local toy store, try a party decoration shop. Or online cheap toy importers is another good source. Ants & Flys are usually sold in packs of the buggers so you can ger alot for cheap. I can find them at the dollar stores here, also sometime see them on the toy rack at drug or grocery stores.

The ones I used for my THEM! game are available again. A dozen ants for $2.95, they scale up nicely as well  :)

Another option would be Eureka, which has giant ants in its Pygmy range (or did, when I bought a bunch of their pygmies a few years ago...) Also, Mega Miniatures (http://www.megaminis.com/) do a series of Giant Ants. Including a Giant Ant, Giant Ant Spawn, and a multi-pack containing the different types. I believe the Giant Ants are currently going for $2US on their ebay store.
