In the latest issue of Wargames Illustrated, there is an article on Adepticon with some great pictures. One of the games was a Legends of the Old West variant Legends of the Rising Sun, a Samurai in the Old East? Anyone know where I can find a copy?

Thanks,
Brian

I wrote up all the lists and special rules for Wargames Illustrated which they posted as online content here-
and the full article on the game is in this months (December) issue of WI

There's a useful article on Japanese street gangs available for download from WI as well.

I posted a message on the LOTR Variants Yahoo Group to let the members know about the Rising Sun rules. Didn't realise the author is a LAFer.

Thanks OneBigRiver- I got approved on the LotR Variants Yahoo group today, so I will be taking a look around.

I am more of a LAF lurker, but there is quite a bit of good information here- one of my favorite groups for seeing manufacturer roundups, etc.. for odd periods!

Frank Chadwick's Space 1889 was a favorite of our gaming group- and probably the first thing that moved us from RPGs to true miniature gaming in the mid-90s- which we tied in with the Sword and the Flame, so I really like this forum!
