A week of painting. Huzzah!

I'm running an activity week at my school for 14 spotty teenagers in a couple of weeks time.

They're going to be painting up LOTR and Warhammer stuff but I'm hoping to get on with a week of my own painting while they superglue themselves to the tables, spill paint all over the floor and eviscerate themselves with craft knives.

Anyway, I've got three possible projects to choose from:

1. A new posse for LOTOW - the Mexicans (Foundry and Artizan)
2. A late war US armoured infantry platoon for DHC7B (Artizan)
3. Some BoB reinforcements for my Bolsheviks - naval troops, an Austin
    armoured car (Sloppy Jallopy) and some red cossacks (Copplestone)

I can't manage to get all three (or even two) done at the same time so which one would you like to see done?

I'm hoping to do a day by day progress report as I work my way through the week, although I will get sidelined by the kids quite a lot!

Let me know what you'd most like to see and I'll pick the most voted for one.

I'm a bit tired of all that Back of Beyond stuff. Seems to be a real bandwagon of that going around at the minute. It's one of the few fads that has utterly failed to distract me from my purpose.

Usually I'm so easily distracted into new genres, but that one leaves me totally cold, which is unusual, given its exotic 'Great War Sideshow' feel.

So I for one would like to see some Mexicans for a change.

I'm surprised no one has gone for the Artizan US infantry but I'm sure they'll surface another day.

I would probably vote for the BoB stuff, but looking at the broader picture it has to be LoToW.

Why ? Straightforward political thoughts - 14 spotty teenagers might recognise the LoToW figures as something vaguely related to their hobby if they see the Warhammer logo on the book. They might even be converted to tackle historical games eventually.
