I love the Crimean War it's always been one of my favourite periods. You have a great collection there. What rules do you use?

Beautiful armies! I am sorry for your bad luck, but at least your units look magnificent in failure.

I'm particularly fond of the Guards and their bearskins. Quite handsome.

Paul, we use either modified PoW or WRG Naps, also modified.

You musn't gloat, Phil. It's unseemly. :)

I'm afraid I would be a terrible Crimean War player. I'd be sending my Light Brigade off in emulation of history, and quoting the poem badly the whole time.

I must admit I've been tempted by Crimean for a while, and the recent "Civil War Battles" rules from Peter Pig (ACW) include hypothetical options for British intervention fron Canada or French from Mexico, so I may put them on next year's Christmas list.

I quite agree Pete, but it is Dave so I couldn't resist. Revenge will be sweet no doubt.  :)
