My first thought was - OK, these are conversions with cloaks sculpted on (I saw the grey as bare plastic, and the green as green stuff). Then I noticed the painted head and the tree stumps....

I think the cloth used for the background mutes the picture a little too much, or maybe it's the light. The greys do not really stand out as painted to my eye.

It is very nice to see 40K figures with a drab scheme - I would suggest you put some contrasting colour on the mushroom 'hats' though - maybe a dusty blue or yellowish brown, to make them stand out from the Eldar equipment.

nice job on the wraithbone - i like that theres no camo on them - i see far too many with camo patterns on their cloaks, no camo helps to get across the chameleoline look imo

I had considered that but didn't want them to look too "cartoony"

Like Argonor I also thought these were unpainted with greenstuff cloaks. It's really nice, subtle work. Sometimes 40K stuff looks at its best with a subdued paint scheme. Those mushrooms are very otherworldly, and I like how they mirror the colours of the weapons.

Personally I love the subtle shading on these guys. My own Eldar are painted grey too. The pictures maybe aren't the best, but your painting looks very well executed.
