For landing gear, you have two options:

For operating from somewhat larger aeronefs, these little craft could be equipped with a trapeze hook for aerial deployment and recovery

For operating from much larger craft, may I suggest landing skids and an arrester hook? (The mother-ship could then be equipped with an enormous steam-powered catapult for combat-launching it's fighters)
