I think the secret to black flesh is more layers, 5 or 6, and a pretty light, thinned final highlight.

Yep, that's pretty much what I did with these chaps:

 



















I simply used the Foundry North African Flesh triad with a couple of extra layers added from the Foundry Native American set.
