I've noticed a number of posts over the last three or four days that appear to be spambots or spammers of some sort.

They make short one-line posts to existing threads with gross grammatical mistakes (worse than the usual errors in English, to the point where they often make no sense...) and if you check the "homepage" they have under their name (the globe icon) it's always a spam site offering you cheap shoes, cheap dresses, cheap purfume or similar.

Oh, and they're often 23 years old, according to their profile.

And changed the registration rules, from now on all the new memberships have to be approved by me before they will be able to post.

ha ... I know these "cheap jordan shoes" from tabletop-welt also (killed them spam-users and their posts a lot in my mod-time (anno 03 ^^) ... I think, in bigger forums there is just one solution, let 'em come and delete as quick as they rise ... it just happens from time to time ... sorta comming in waves, that
