While I prefer Hawkeye's classic look myself, in the aftermath of his first stint as Goliath, ol' Clint did briefly adopt a maskless headband and miniskirt + vest costume for a while, so there is some precedent... (as seen here):

You need to remember that they are basing a lot of this movie off of the Ultimate Universe versions of the characters, and IIRC Hawkeye does not wear a mask in that version.

Yup, that is the first Ultimate Hawkeye costume.  He did later get a mask and a more purple costume.  The mask then was full face and had a bulls-eye on it. 






Black Widow still looks like regular 616 continuity Black Widow.

Sticking close to the Ultimates look and continuity is probably a better choice for the film, the comic started in 2001 (correct me if I'm wrong) and just has a more "contemporary" feel than 1960s Avengers comics.

Also the part where Hawkeye kills people with his fingernails in Ultimates 2 was pretty badarse.

Oh my word Cap looks pretty daft. But then again how would you make that costume look natural and cool on a live actor?

The pics from the movie look IMO not really convincing.
BUT - the 1st Captain America movie pics were also not that good.
Maybe the final result will be good enough!

As with Steve I thought the Cap costume looked poor in the leaked pics before First Avenger, but on screen they worked; basically once lighting and CGI magic has been worked, i expect it will look markedly different.
