Following up on my report about Scheltrum's Russo-Balt armored car (
http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=37518.0), here's Scheltrum's French White Armored Car.
The Parts:

Body; turret; 4 fenders; 2 front wheels (single); 2 rear wheels (doubles); 4 lantern lights -- 2 large, 2 smaller; 2 large headlights; 2 axles; 37mm gun and MG.
As you can see, the body was a mess in places and required lots of clean-up. The wheels are the same ones used in the Russo-Balt kit, unfortunately, since photos show the French White AC as having spoked wheels. Like the Russo-Balt, no rivet detail.
Construction:
Pretty straightforward although far more work than the Russo-Balt because of the turret and fenders. The center hole in the wheels were again too big, so I filled them with epoxy and re-drilled for a tighter fit. There was a bunch of extra crud over one of the front viewing hatches, so after removing the excess, I drilled into the body and added an opened plate over the hatch. Early photos show lantern lights on either side and a searchlight center-mounted on the hood; later photos show headlights on either side. I opted to use the two smaller lantern lights and turned one of the headlights into the center searchlight. I also added a front bumper, again shown in many photos.

And a comparison photo:

L-R: Scheltrum Russo-Balt; Scheltrum White AC; Company B Austin-Putilov.
