Well.

Zombies moaning 'Brainzzz' actually comes from the series of tongue in cheek zombie flicks of the 80's : Return of the Living Dead (Parts 1-3 although just found out there were further sequels made too).

Campy, funny horror films with a often disturbed punk edge, tarman, (zombie from a military containment barrel, animated anatomy board of half an animal and a M jackson zombie being electrocuted and doing the thriller dance all spring to mind from the first one, oh that and the constant moaning of "brainszzzzssss" by all the undead.

Other than that, flesh is flesh as long as it's warm and bloody for your 'generic' zed.
