Star wars: x-wing- project death star trench run

Anybody else enjoying the realization that this is how they did the first actual death star?  I mean it was of course larger, etc.  But with some work this'll look just as good as the actual one from film...so we demand some iPhone Star Wars footage when you're done - flying through the trench!

Man, how much do I want to see an LED lit acrylic laser come out of that thing! (long strung out clear acrylic pieces with a green LED shot through them for this effect...
