Coffee anyone?
« on: 29 January 2013, 08:59:16 PM »
Here are the finished products, the mythical coffee wagon, the field forge and the boat howitzer:

Someone asked about casting the boat howitzer:  I am not real happy with the "scale" and have started a second unit.  I am also not sure how well the styrene plastic would hold up to mould making and how fragile the cast pieces would be. I suspect the plastic master would have to be cast in something first (RTV probably) and then masters made for any kind of production moulds. If you have the know-how or the technology and are looking for a project, let me know!   Regards, Rob.

Lovely work.

My favourite is the coffee wagon  :-* :-* :-*
I've had plans to build one in 15mm as an objective marker for my Brother Against Brother games since first seeing some photos of one a few years ago.

Cheers,

Barry

Should be worth +1 on morale and give any nearby troops a caffeine fuelled addition to their move  ;)

 lol

Very nice. I really like the boat howitzer.
Below is a link to my blog. It's the place where I write uninteresting things about little toy soldiers. I do this because I refuse to grow up and behave like an adult.
