In the forests of the Iroquois

Finally bit the bullet and bought Conquests Woodland Indians although I d,ont like the price I really love the figures especially the divergence as each one is a different casting, anyhow heres the first two.

Thanks again Randy this will be my last post on this thread. I have another 10 figures to paint and I must say I have enjoyed painting these ones.  My title for these next pics  might be :" There may be trouble ahead. "  or   " Get in the house Martha  NOW ! "

They look great...especially the set up of them infringing on the hospitality of some unfortunate settler! I like the darker skin tone you've blended for them.

It is always great to see how others painted the same figs. I have about 40+ Conquest Indians, and am a big fan. Of course, they're a lot more affordable here in the States...

Thanks for the post,Mike, I enjoyed looking around your site.  I see you were in Dublin, if you venture back perhaps you,ll come North and I,ll buy you a pint of the black stuff and we can shoot the breeze for a while. Heres a glimpse of what I,m working on.
