Why use kickstarter to raise funds for a digital only project that appears to already be completed?

Honestly, that's a very fair question . I guess mostly because there's such a massive gaming fanbase there as well as the fact that, since it's become so common for 3D designers to create finished projects like this, most people are pretty comfortable with the idea crowd-funding. The extra exposure and everything that goes along with it also lets me sell it at a cheaper price than if I just stuck it into my store
