Thats about 104 miniatures and abaout 55 terrain pieces of various sizes. Im pleased enough with that output.

All right, I was to lazy to find all the pictures, but this is what I painted in 2012:
Lord of the Rings & Hobbit related:
-   26 goblins from The Hobbit
-   8 members of Thorin’s company
-   9 members of the Fellowship
-   1 fellowship scenic base
-   6 Wargs
-   1 Ent
-   1 Snowy battle diorama
-   15 Gondorian
-   15 Mordor
-   1 Nazgul on Wings
-   5 Rohirrim
-   4 Warriors of Rohan on foot
-   21 Uruk-Hai
-   1 Mumak of Harad
-   3 Haradrim Warriors
-   6 sculpted watcher in the water tentacles
-   15 other Lord of the Rings things
Total of 123 figures

Other things:
-   37 Doctor Who figures
-   4 Wild West figures
-   14 Wars of the Roses figures
-   5 Geezers! Shut it! Figures for my Ashes to Ashes project
-   7 other figures
-   1 Large scale musketeer
-   3 Warhammer Night Goblins
-   1 Dreadfleet ship
Total of 72 figures

Terrain:
-   1 (unpainted) Moria terrain Board
-   1 Goblin Town terrain board
-   1 Goblin Town from the GW starter set
-   15 ruins, from small to large
-   4 large walls
-   1 tower
-   2 Ashes to Ashes buildings for Geezers
-   4 Wild West buildings
-   1 hill with hobbit holes in it
-   10 various pieces, such as rocks, small walls, gallows etc.
-   1 House of Rohan
-   1 Medieval farm
-   2 (unfinished) terrain boards
Total of 44 terrain pieces

In total I painted 72+123 = 195 figures this year. I’m really happy with that, because I had no idea of the amount of figures I painted. I also made 44 terrain pieces.

Wow! Your quite productive.
Great great painting.
In particular I like the cammo on the space dwarfs, your cemetery pieces ( which are fantastic!) but the 10mm LOTR army is just plain outstanding.

I for one would love to see pics if you can find them. That is a lot of goodies to see.
I for one havent painted that many figs in a decade, fair to say ever. Wish i could find the motivation you all do when it comes to painting. It amazes me what you all do.
The amount of figs the Chief has done in 2012 is outrageous. Something like was it 2k or 3k in figures?

Hope to see more and more in 2013. :-)
