Davy Crockett, King of the Wild Frontier.

If you have not already seen it pop into the Woolshed to listen to the classic Ballad of Davy Crockett.  Also a review of a number of various Davy Crockett miniatures available in various scales.

Great stuff Brian. :)

Here is a better picture of my Boot Hill Miniatures David Crockett as painted by our very own Bugsda.

You mention on the Woolshed that you don't know very much about Boot Hill Miniatures. Well what would you like to know?

Davy Crockett has always been of an interest to myself since i was a kid as i found out that he shared the same birthday as me. I then found out he was from Huguenot  and Ulster Scots stock as well giving me an even greater interest.

I don't know much because I have never ordered off you. Love the look of the models you make so perhaps one day that will be rectified.  I have updated my blog with your cool pic.

Didn't see the Limited Edition version from Artizan on your blog - forgive me if I missed it.

I have never seen that figure. THANKS! Do you have a link to the model?  Being a limited edition figure it may not be available any more.

There's some great looking Davy figures out there.
Have painted one or two myself.
One of the many projects half finished and traded away. :-[
