5 Commando ANC Brittania & Mongrel 28mm

Whilst reading Mike Hoare's memoirs of his time in the Congolese army in the 1960's, I came across these figures by Brittania miniature:

Jeep still needs some weathering















Despite two coats of Vallejo matt varnish and a coat of Dull cote they are still a bit on the reflective side

I also managed to bag a set of the Mongrel Minis Congo Mercenaries back in January, painted them up as a mixed bag of 5 Commando ANC with a few in French lizard camo and a couple of Belgian Paracommandos.
