Mix Brittania mini's and Dixon mini's  for Indians Plain war or Apaches well?

No, not well. Individually for cowboys they're not too bad but the styles and sizes vary a lot between ranges.

Just returning from summer hollidays.
Thans for your reaction.  Maybe I try for Dixon.
Main interest are the Apaches for skirmish wargaming.

Britannia Apaches come in mounted and dismounted versions and are lovely miniatures in my opinion, full of character. They go well with the Pancho Villa Mexican range which also features mounted and dismounted versions of the banditos.
Although my original wild west collection contained many Dixon miniatures (there wasn't much choice back then) I never liked the Apaches. My new wild west collection is going to be Britannia all the way.
