Suggestions for Ogre flesh

I've been trying to paint up some Ogres ( and Bugbears ), but I just can't seem to get their flesh the way that I'd like it to look. What I'm trying to achieve is a color similar to the color of the WOTC Chainmail Ogres and Bugbears - that almost-ocre/yellowish color. Long ago, I used to be able to achieve the look, but I never write anything down, and I've been trying in vain to get that look again.

Any suggestions of what paints to use are appreciated.
