Victorian Urchin Minis - Help Needed
« on: 02 July 2013, 12:07:42 AM »
Hey folks, one of the guys at my club wants to do the Baker Street Irregulars for an EOTD faction; as such he needs recommendations for Urchin figures. Given that they're for EOTD, they would need to be armed or be able to be converted to hold knives and bats without too much fuss.

Any ideas LAF?

There are a couple good options in Perry's ACW54/Female & Young Rioters set.

Foundry did a Fagin's Den pack (which I own), but I think they've discontinued it as part of their revamp. Maybe the Dave T shop on Ebay can get it?

Wow, what a coincidence. Received an email from Wargames Foundry yesterday, saying their Victorian civilians are temporarily back by popular demand. Find the urchins here: http://wargamesfoundry.com/our-ranges/castingroomminiatures/victorians/victorian-townsfolk-bcvc001/

James,

the Eureka street kids could be easily converted to carry knives, clubs or pistols.
I have several.

Cheers
Fuzzy
Crikey, sir. I'm looking forward to today. Up diddly up, down diddly
down, whoops, poop, twiddly dee - decent scrap with the fiendish Red
Baron - bit of a jolly old crash landing behind enemy lines - capture,
torture, escape, and then back home in time for tea and medals.

They are sadly too modern save for bad Alice with the knife behind her back.
