Yup Boo and I had a blast [she did really roll badly in the first turn she is hopping for a better go this evening] Monkey [The lad as he moves around like a monkey, he is also called DEAMONIC when bad and Biscuit <---wife's nick for him don't ask] Now wants to join in so we will try and have a bigger game and see how it all goes.

Currently working on a Map of the U.S adding in the new territories and who is what so I can flesh out some fluff for our factions.

The Red Rangers are from the NRT [New Republic of Texas]
Monkies United Road Workers belong to the USA [Unionised States of America]
Boo's Outriders are from the WCS [West Coast Sovereignty]
Mine are a cult of Sin. but secretly are agents of the CSA [Corporate States of America. come on who else would want the 7 sins to relish]

With more of the history and factions coming to light I want to make more factions.
this is going to be a very big game for us I am thinking.

Love the scenario setup. I will link this to the FB page for others to see. There's tons of fanmade stuff over at the BGG site, as well as some freebies from DriveThru/Wargamevault. The print on demand cards from DriveThru are great quality and the starter deck has everything (including counters) you need to play a basic game. If anyone needs help, internationally (I don't know what policies DriveThruCards has for international orders), let me know and I can ship you a deck.

Keep on truckin' and keep your finger on the trigger

I have to say, with the serendipitous timing, perhaps the universe is paying me back a little for all the grief from that nit wit.... :)

No problem Mate, I'll let you know.

Did you know there there is a ton of free stuff to be had on the BGG files area?

Hey Greg Welcome to Lead Adventures. glad you could join my humble Outrider thread.

I know I am looking forward to getting future expansions to the Outrider game.
I keep on forgetting to ask but what year did the Civil war happen? 1985? 2000? etc

The war happens in the 2060's ... Outrider takes place in 2076, an homage to my favorite car combat game, Interstate 76.

sweet this is helping me heaps with building up the world its turning it from just a car combat game into a real world with factions, governments, gangs and the homicidal...

Might sit down over the next week or two and see what I can make up with the current info.

Has there been and major altercations between the various factions? or pacts made with each other that might influence the story?

How did I miss this topic till now?

I must say at first I was a bit sceptical about the pre-made car classes but since dice set-up offers a lot of customization I was ok with it. Once I start reading the description of the classes on the backsides though, they really give a sense of setting to the game and the vehicles.

On a side note, the rules mention wrecked vehicle cards, but I can't seem to find any?  ???

lol lol lol have no idea how you could miss this much awesomeness....

I don't recall having seen any wrecked "car" tokens there is Debris cards that you use as you take damage like I did in the last game we played.

My armour was D6 and it was reduced to ZERO so my poor car was going to take a pounding the next turn. [thankfully it was dinner time and we packed up.

otherwise it was boom boom for Wrath...

Just wanted to throw it out on the Outrider threads that the entire line of rules is on a FREE status. Head over to WargamesVault and grab it. Nice for those that wanted to try it out.

I can say the Starter Deck links aren't working. Lets you choose it but says there is no format for downloading. Just wanted to give a heads up.
