Waiting and watching...   ;)

Gracias,

Glenn

My iPhone tells me that they both are shipped (two packages of course, I think it is an Amazon policy that two items for the same buyer shipped by the same seller at the same time must be shipped from two different sources/addresses.  I can't think of a time when it was not done that way.)

November 18 at 1553 hours for IHMN, estimated to arrive Friday, November 22

November 19 at 0322 hours for HVF, estimated to arrive Friday November 22

Gracias,

Glenn

Karma balances...

Of course today, Wednesday the 20th I find on my inner porch a padded envelope with HVF in it but no sign of the core rulebook.

First impressions:

1895 so far past my main interest but depending on the core rule book it may be adapatable.

Companies that stirred an interest:

6.1.2 The Hunting Party (but it needs to be adapted, sorry, bit of an anglophobe in gaming *)

6.1.4 The Sons of the Desert (though with a twist (Jewish!) that needs to be developed)

6.2.1 The Apache (Duh)

6.2.10 Mexican Rebels (Zorro - well, a Zorro - Lives!)

6.3.1 Le Cabinet Noir (maybe, somewhat undecided)

I really, really want to see the core rules book!

Gracias,

Glenn

Interesting ancestry, Glenn. What kind of boring breed are we merely Europeans in comparison...

I doubt most war gamers are  boring (well to those who love them or game with them.)  I think Europeans would have lots of exposure to differing cultures internal to Europe.   :)

One of the first Europeans I knew was a French woman who as here taking computer classes and who was married (I assume, she never quite explicitly referred to him as her husband, just used his name,) to a German man.  They apaprently had some cultural road bumps at times.     lol   ;)

But to use the ending of a joke about two French politicians,

#1 - After all there is such a small difference between men and women...

#2 - Vive la différence  (fingers crossed for spelling/translation)

Glenn

Um, 6 of the 7 are "European" I believe...  8)

Of course those are the ones "admitted to" (long story, no documentation,) by all involved...

Well Glenn, once you are in the new world, you´ll have to adopt one of their major languages to be understood. Therefore it doesn´t matter where you and your ancestry are from. That´s a bit different over here. Most people prefer to stay where they are to be understood...  :D
I personally learned of rumours that some Italian blood may be mixed in my bloodline some centuries ago, but that´s it. It doesn´t help speaking Italian or Latin though...
