Amazon, in fact, lists November 19 as the release date for both the paperback and Kindle editions: so, 11 days and counting....

i have ordered mine in old good paper .
when i buy a book, i'm the owner of this book , not user till mr Amazon delete it from my library !
so 4 days for delivery ...  ;)

and the book depository is post free world wide, even for a single paperback book .

i will have ordered it from North Star if Nick had planned some kind of preorder on the industrial-walker  ;D

I know that it is no bigger, but with 5,000 extra words and no internal illustrations it feels heavier.

When you get it make sure that you read the Acknowledgements as we 'out' a few people, including a LAF regular  :D
