(COMMERCIAL) ironclad miniatures experiencing problems ?

i'm quite disappointed ...
i placed an order on ironclad website 11 days ago , paid using paypal .

since , no news .
no order confirmation .

i have send a mail, no answer ...

11 days ? that's nothing, really. They usally proced within 28 days. Never had problem with them, even when I got intouch for some questions. You should be able to reach them by mail, if you really need to.

so i was lucky for my october order, delivered in 10 days ? 

i have send a mail, and no answer .
as i have experienced some problems with the "new" website, i was anxious .

You have most likely fallen into the order over the christmas, end of christmas period, especially if they have kids as they wont have gone back to school until 6th or 7th Jan so no doubt a back log etc

Have you checked your junk mail box? Both my confirmation mails ended up there.

I have previous experienced similar delay with no answers to email. But in the end I got my order within a month or so.

I am pretty sure you will get your stuff from Ironclad eventually. From my experience they are honest traders, but sometimes a bit slow to send and at answering emails.

I think it is bad buisness to not answer emails. But unfortunately I think it happens more and more often that people don't answer emails when they are delayed, which annoys me to no end. I can accept delays when I get answer to my emails, but when an order/trade is made and nothing arrives and there is no answer to emails, that just pisses me off.

Notice that above should not be seen as an attack on Ironclad miniatures, just my general view on delays and lack of contact.
