I've sent him a few e-mails about making a large purchase and heard nothing back. I'm very unwilling to buy mini's from a company that won't answer e-mails. you may end up with nothing after payment etc.

Hope Pete is OK and there isn't a more serious reason for the lack of communication(?).

This is a lack of communication… I’ve ordered my pledged "Tudor army" lately, sending a list of wanted figures thru email and nothing happened. It’s just when I reached him thru FB that he write me back and send me the figures right away.

As far as I can tell TAG is a great company to do business with but the communication side of the business is basically non-existent… that may be a harsh comment, but with my experience with them, a very sincere one…

Weird.... I contacted him via Facebook and got a pretty polite response. I think TAG is a one man job, well, that's the impression I get so it may be a lot to handle for one person?

The "Salute" time-frame is also not the best time - my assumption being that most companies that attend are devoting their full resources to preparation for the day. And with small companies this is even more of an effort.

Agreed. It must be a bit of a nightmare actually when you think of it!
