Hopefully Gents you can assist?

I'm slowly working my way through a French War of Religion army, I'm using some 3/4 armoured Foundry Landsknechts to represent the Royal Suisse. And referring to the Funcken books the mid 16th C uniform looks like Yellow/White/Red colour scheme.
Did they carry any specific flags or did they run with the generic white cross on red?
Ant assistance would be appreciated.
