(COMMERCIAL) Anyone else having problems with TAG?

As the title suggests- I am having a problem with The Assault Group.

I ordered a few Africans and Vietnamese figures on the 10th Feb, and a month on I haven't heard anything. I have sent two emails, politely enquiring, and even called on the phone, but haven't heard a thing- which is a bit disappointing.

Anyone else having this problem? or does anyone else know why this might be happening?

They can take a while, as the owner, works for other people too (I think). I once told by them, 'we are not amazon you know' when I enquired after an order. I think they cast stuff to order a lot of the time.

Hope it works out for you though. I like their products.

Saw on his facebook on monday his internet was down when he came back form holiday, so been on his hols and internat issues mate (he used his phone to post the status) hope that helps

thank you- that does help- but why didn't he put a post on his website to that effect- its just good customer service if you ask me. Other 'one man band' companies - like heresy- manage it.

I've sent two e-mails to Pete and heard nothing back either. I havn't ordered anything but was enquiring about an order. I do hope that things are all OK for him and this is just a hitch.

I've had problems reaching pete through email about an order in the past too, so I ended up sending him a PM over at the frothers forum and he replied quickly to that, so if you have an account on frothers that might be worth a shot, he's posted there today FWIW

I haven't ordred from them for a while. When I did the stuff was a little slow to get to me but got there fine. The quality of their sculpts is great.
