Bloody lovely aren't they.  I really like the simplicity of them, a shame they are in the US now as the import duty would hit the price of importing hard...

I've been waiting on eBay for some for going on 9 months, in that time 2 sets have come up, both at times when I either didn't have money, or was away when the auctions ended...

I love these figures, wish they would expand the line
I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it anymore and what is it seems weird and scary.

Great models in this range - would be my choice if I were to do a Lord of the Rings game. Sgt Major Minis have great service also, though unfortunately they are in the USA.

In my experience when ordering from the US, best to get the package sent to your place of work. I havent been hit with any import charges for minis sent to my work in the last two years (including some gallowglas I order a few months ago from sgt major) , before that I was getting hit with import charges for every single order I placed that had my home as the delivery address.

Does anyone have a comparison of the goblins next to the orcs? We use the orcs for a major race and I'd like to sub in the drummer goblins as drummer boys. One thing I really like about the Vendel orcs is the variation in size, so not every fig looks the same height and build.

Also, nice things to say about Sgt. Major Minis:I am in the USA, so can't speak for overseas shipping/customs, but the actual human I dealt with was great. Prompt shipping and good customer support, and there were even major weather disturbances with power outages going on while I was in contact with them for our order.

Thanks Aitel,
Those goblins look like they will work very well as fresh young conscripts in our LNH army!

Toys are not subject to import duty.  Ask them to put toy soldiers on the customs label, however they are subject to VAT (at 16% I think)

aiteal- Thank you! That's an exciting discovery to see they could work for us. Because one can never paint too many orcs/goblins!
