Large zombies and other types of zombie
« on: 01 July 2014, 10:43:06 AM »
I've just ordered a couple of boxes of wargames factory zombies for a project I am about to start. The zombie vixens box also contains some crawlers so I was considering trying to have different types of zombie in the mix.

Who does large zombies/zombie hulks? (I can see some in the studio miniatures range - regrettably split over different sets which more or less rules them out.)

And what about fast zombies - any suggestions for these?

I'm aiming to have the miniatures painted and the rules written (and play tested) in time for a game at halloween which means I will have to paint at least one zombie every other day between now and then to be ready in time - and I still have to do the survivors too.

Studio has a nice set of larger zombies, you can find them as part of a set for Zombicide.  Look at the earliest sets for the most 'human' zombies (as opposed to 'radioactive', slimy, etc).

I've found some of what I'm after.

Fenris do "Tank Zombies".

I wish I'd spotted those last week when they had a sale on!

Have a look at this wonderful thread by LAF member Modhail:
