(COMMERCIAL) Problems with Griffin and Black Orc?

Dear Lead-Adventurers:

When I try to get to the shop at the Griffin website, I get the following message

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Unknown MySQL server host 'db1562.oneandone.co.uk' (1) in /homepages/8/d71356583/htdocs/griffin/catalog/includes/functions/database.php on line 19
Unable to connect to database server!

When I try to get to the shop at the Black Orc website, I get the following message

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Does anyone else get this, or just me? It's been going on for a while now.
