From Empire to Revolution - Released
« on: September 26, 2014, 03:26:12 PM »
It is a scenario book covering the eastern front of WWI that was released by the TooFatLardies this morning.  It has sixteen scenarios and information on fighting with Austro-Hungarian or Russian forces using Through the Mud and Blood.

This looks awesome Chris. I will be picking it up for sure. Any chance you'll do an Africa supplement at some point?

I had never given East Africa much thought.  I would say that would be a long term project and not something you would see anytime soon.

Would these rules work with more than one figure on a base? I have based all my ww1 stuff on FOW bases.

I don't see why not.  You would need some way to mark casualties.  Your men will be clustered more tightly together, but it should work.  I would have your big men (sergeants and officers) mounted separately though.

Picked this up just after it came out, it has me eager to dust off the Russians and try some of the scenarios out. I'll be rebranding the sides as Red & White Russians to suit my current Russian Civil War figure collection, but I could totally see putting together a small German or A-H force this winter and running the scenarios "properly"!
