They are all the poses from the two sets from A Call to Arms in 1:32 plastic.
I'm still figuring out my painting techniques for these figures. Part of me wants to go back to traditional miniature wargaming painting of basecoat, wash, highlight, but I'm trying to paint faster and work through my unpainted miniatures.

The third shot is just a size comparison shot. I don't play warhammer, but bought some figures individually off ebay to paint up for skirmish gaming.
This heavy blacklining thing ended up being a lot harder than I thought it would be. I'm getting faster at the whole process (base coat, varnish, watercolour wash, remove it from the high areas with a damp swab, varnish, blackline, base, varnish) and the end result should be more miniatures painted in less time.
For those who know the uniforms well, you'll see a few mistakes, I'm sure. They're missing white trim on the sleeves and the Post Office rifles should have green, not yellow. I just liked the way it looks and figured they'd make a good opposing force if I ever want to do red vs blue games.
I think I'm going to bring a second lamp over with another day light bulb. It'll probably help both my painting and my photography.
