I tried the knife-then-brass-Brush method yesterday on a batch of restic Mantic Rebs and it worked quite well.  It doesn't replace all the tedious knife work of mold removal.  However there are alot of follow-up cuts to remove the pilling plastic that can be instead replaced with a brief application of the brush.  The bristles on the brush I'm using were heavily used (for mini paint stripping) bent beyond repair but it didn't seem to affect the effectiveness of the method.

No need, then. I suppose I was thinking more before-and-after, maybe with a pic or two of applied brush.

Next thing you know, I'll be asking for HD video...
