The veg is from many, many, many years of collecting from pet shops, dollar shops, craft stores, the old GW aquarium re-packaging, and eBay. I started amassing it around 2002 for my ongoing Vietnam War gaming and now have quite a varied selection to cull from. I found some brown creeper vine stalks at Michaels recently that I really like and have went a bit nuts adding to older terrain pieces. Proving that no piece is ever really.... finished. Or that I'm just never happy calling it quits.

Thanks pistolpete! Yeah, painting two versions of my heroes was a crazy decision, but I was out of work at the time so time was not an issue. Though..... the thought of the work itself seemed daunting, but I convinced myself that the more I paint, the better my skills get.
